Supporting documents for Self Sufficent please

hello all i am applying for permanent residence im a Non eea national married to a EEA maltese national and we have a 18 months old baby.
i do not know what supporting ducuments to send with my application as my husband is self employed and self sufficent but we are applying on the self sufficient Route so anyone who have gotten through with using self suffiecent i would like you to reply on here all the documents that you send to home office which was accepted.
