Overstayed Wife and Married By Proxy I need advice

My Wife (Brazillian) had over stayed in the UK by 4 years before I had met her we have been in a real and loving relationship for 5 years I want to have her stay here legally I married her by Proxy in Brazil 2 years ago since we have had a useless lawyer and struggles. Will a Spuse Visa application even work? Will she need to go back to Brazil? What do I do?

Your wife is unable to apply for a Spouse visa from within the UK as an overstayed visitor. Even if her visitor visa was still valid, she would still have to return to Brazil to submit the application.
