Hi All,

I was on short term visa in UK from Jan 2017 till Jan 2018.

I re-entered UK in May 2018, after 90 days of my short term visa expire, on long term 2 year + 3 year visa.

So should my 2018 be counted as second year as per immigration laws, or a fresh year as per Long term visa?

Based on above my company in which i work says that if we re-enter UK after 90 days, then it is counted as fresh year and not second year.
