Any recent Surinder Singh timelines for BRP?

Not many examples in the EEA2 thread, but has anyone recently received their BRP and have an idea of the timeline.

My wife is now pretty much 4 months since initial application and CoA was received on 28/04/18... but nothing since.

Anyone got an example of their timeline?
