MN1 Form and delay in returning Documents

Dear all

I Submitted my daughters MN1 form on 7th May online, payment taken same day, posted out the originals with proof of posting on 08th May, Bio metrics done on 11th May 18. I was expecting kind of 2 months delay which is what I understand on average the time delay in getting the certificate but also understand it can take upto 6 month and each case is different.

The issue I have is copies of my marriage certificate, my daughters birth certificate etc are with this application and I requested return of documents on 27th June and it then said 10 working days which is well passed now. I tried to email them and call them but no avail. Has anyone had similar issue getting the documents back? Also what should i do to get it back quickly?
