Dependent VISA from UK

Hi,

I'm currently on a work permit (Tier 2 ICT) in UK which is Valid till 19th Nov 2018. And my wife is also currently with the same category work permit which is valid till Jan 2020. My question is, can I apply for a dependent VISA from UK itself!
