Upper tribunal sent decision to home office

Post by Bulldog29 » Thu Jul 26, 2018 4:13 pm

Hey guys. I have been fighting the home office for some time now. I made a appeal to the upper tribunal for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal. It took long for them to make a decision so I made an expedite request.
After almost a month without hearing from them I decided to call and find out how that was going, I was told that the Tribunal made a decision 3 weeks after my expedite request and it was sent to Home Office.
I asked what the decision was but they couldn't tell me, they said I have to wait for home office to write to me. Is that good news?
Normally if the the Tribunal makes a decision on my appeal they send it direct to me or my solicitor but this time they sent to Home Office only.
Anyone knows what this could mean?
