Spouse Visa Applications (questioning or contacing)

Dear gurus and members,
as this forum is very helpful, I am asking here in behalf of my friend, he has wife and one child in Pakistan, and spouse visa application submitted, all process already done likely as I have read some posts here, but he is worrying about questioning mean if he or his employer will be contacting so what kind of questions they can ask, if someone having this experience or is there any topic related to my friend's situation, please let me know.
