Returning to the UK on T2 ICT

My T2 ICT was issued in Feb 2014 and is valid until Jan 2019. I was working in the UK until Aug 2017, at which point, I moved to Ireland (Republic of), working for the same company.

Now, my company (same company which sponsored my UK T2 ICT) has asked me to work in the UK for a month - Sep 2018.

My question is: Can I go back to the UK for a month on this T2 ICT, or, do I need to apply for a new UK visa? I have not been working in the UK for nearly a year now, but I have traveled to the UK a few times over the past year...
