Ilr dependant visa. SETO

Post by Atajoon » Fri Jul 27, 2018 7:58 pm

Hi all,
I am going to apply for ILR dependant on SET O. My husband is a British sitizen now but he had Tier 2 general before it which I got my visa on.
I have some questions.
1. My 1st entry to the UK was 2011 but I had absence of 7 months before 2013. So My starting date for this visa would be 2013 or 2011.

2. There is a questionon page 27: how long have you lived in the UK. Should I Count from 2011 or 2013"

3. In section 5.1 it asks if there is any body giving me money. Should I say yes and put my husband name and some amount? ( I work myself and pay rent and bills together. The reason I ask is that I am my husband’s dependant on this visa.
