14 days Appeal

Hi all,

I was in Tier 2 visa which expired on 14 August 2017. I applied for FLR_PF on 10 August 2017. We are still waiting for a decision on our pending application. Recently I got a job offer from A-trusted University and the strat date is on 1 August 2018. The HR staff said that it will be problem for her to apply to a new R-COS, because I don't have my documents and passport with me.

Please can you advice what should I do, shall I:

1- Withdraw my FLR_PF application to get my passport and apply for fresh Tier 2 visa?
Or,
2- Wait for the decision in our current FLR_PF application (which unlikely to be in the near future?
Or,
3- Write to the Home office to inform them that my circumstances have been changed with a supporting letter from the University?

Dear All,

Huge congrats for all friend who were successful in getting their leaves and ALL wishes for all other who are trying to get it.

My question:
I received the refusal letter with the right to appeal and the date of decision was 16 July 2018. Could please tell when the 14 days of appeal will end is 30 July 2018 included or not?
