joining an established business

Post by TARIQMAZIN » Sat Jul 28, 2018 1:51 am

Dear All

I got my tier 1 entrepreneur visa (200k) renewal back in march 2018, the HomeOffice gave me 2 year visa.and i am less than 2 years away from applying to indefinite residency

Unfortunately I lost my business (Noodle Bar) the one i got the renewal through it and not trading with it anymore and lost a massive amount of money over that business (it didn't work and i had problems with the franchise and landlord)

i've been told that i can start a new business or join an established business and the budget doesn't matter but the business should be legitimate and hiring 2 employees for a period of a year

I need all the information and requirments about joining an established business, and whether if online business such as drop shipping and FBA are acceptable by HomeOffice

and what should i do

please advise me

regards
tareq

You are free to start off or join any existing business. You can even be self-employed. There are no restrictions. At the time of ILR application, you should either be self employed or a Director. And, of course, your business should have created two jobs.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
