Mother In Law family visitor visa help please?

Post by enigmaticnaz » Sat Jul 28, 2018 12:33 pm

Hi everyone

I am trying to apply for a family visit visa for my mother in law from Saudi Arabia who previously came to the UK in 2014 on a family visitor visa theres alot of changes since last time i sponsored her

In 2014 i just sent a invitation letter from my side and she was granted a visa for 2.5 years as she has enough finances to show she is capable of maintaining her stay in UK i only accommodated her.

she had a visa for 2.5 years only stayed in UK for 6 months and went back and did not come back again

I have been told i would now need to fill in form SU07 i did not fill it up last time i applied so do i need to fill it now?

Also she has enough finances to support her whole stay in UK i will only be accommodating her what documents should i provide as i have land registry deed, council tax letter and a bill all in my name?

my wife has ILR but im the sponsor last time i did not tell them any of my employment details do i now need to write that on SU07 form ?

what documents would you suggest to send from my side ?

I would be grateful if anyone can assist in these questions very much appreciated.

Thanks

If they ask, then I guess you should fill it.
