CHANGE OF SPONSORSHIP IN Tier 2 ICT

Hi

I am in UK now working for Company A

can I CHANGE MY SPONSORER AND SWITCH TO COMPANY B before the end of COS a new COS would be raised for 73900 to get away with the 12 months mandatory working period in a company B and also this COS WOULD BE FOR 3 months and 4 times in a year so that after this we can switch over to Tier 2 General visa

Now please can you let me how better this schedule would workout ????

Please correct if I have gone wrong anywhere in my assumptions
