Tier 1 to Tier 4 dependent

Hi,

I'm new in this forum, senior members please if you answer my query please.

I have applied for tier 1 extension, still in process. I just married here, my wife is on student visa on master degree programme. I'm in UK for 9 years.
1- Can I apply for student dependent if I withdraw my current tier 1 application/or approved/or refused.
2- How much maintenance funds we have to show in order to apply for dependent (Her full fees paid, She is in UK for 8 months, Me 9 years. uni is in London)

If withdrawal or refusal means you have no extant leave, you will not be able to make any new application. It may be better to vary the application.
