Tier 2 ict dependant to tier 2 general process delays

Hi ,

I have recently applied my tier 2 General Visa on priority service in India . My offer from employer came long back in march( even before my marriage ) , but due to COS not getting accepted in april , i came as tier 2 ICT dependant in june after my marriage . My employer approached me again in july if i am open for offer and i agreed to go ahead with Visa process and came to India for submitting my General Visa .

I have submitted my visa on 16th July ( expecting it to be 5 working day process). While i was waiting for an update , i got a call on 25th July asking for some questions on my interview process with my sponsor. I got to know yesterday that even my employer recieved a similar call and they seem to be tallying the answers . Though there shouldn’t be any concern with the information as we have given the right facts , i am curious if this happens to anyone and what is the waiting time for such cases ?

1.As its already been 2 weeks my visa is with UKVI, can i know how much time do they take in such cases ?
2.what are the possible next steps in the process ?
3. What are the chances of rejecting such cases as i need to find a new job accordingly .
