Hi,
I am a current tier 4 student in the uk studying at an HEI. I decided to take a placement year last year so, i will have to apply for extention to complete my final year.
I have had a visitor visa refusal in may 2005. I didnt mention this in my previous tier 4 application(made in august 2015) because they were only asking for refusals in past 10 years.
Although, now in new visa application form. They are asking if i ever had any refusals for UK. I am so confused if should mention my 2005 refusal in my application form or not.
Do they refuse application on grouds of 13 year old refusal?
Also at the time of refusal i was only 8 years old. So don’t even know what was the reason for refusal and my parents don’t have any documentation for that. The only thing i have is a refusal stamp on my old passport.
Regards,
Vinay
