Dear Members,

I have been following the previous threads and much appreciate the info .

Kindly do advise on my case:
1. Am a naturalised Brit in 2008
2. Married in 2011 and got kids abroad (Kenya) 2010,2015 respectively.

Do advise/confirm what docs to submit
1. Wife I've applied online spousal visa and waiting for the interview..Am pending submitting the supporting documents &paying
2. For my kids, which forms do I need to apply -VAF4A &APPENDIX 2?

With regards,
Francis

Children born to you abroad after you were naturalised are automatically British citizens by descent. Apply for a British passport for them directly.

I think what the Newport office meant was that the passports need to be applied for in the place where the children are. The children are the applicants and therefore the application should be made in Kenya. You can't make an application for them in the UK.
