I applied for my eldest daughter (15years old) visa to join her father (Tier 2 general PBS migrant)
& applied with my youngest child (12years old) for a visit visa to spend only the summer months
On account of a force- majeure in the TLS location, the only working day to collect translated marriage certificate, kids birth certificate, bank documents before our TLS appointment was decreed a national holiday. Unfortunately we went with our visa process & were all rejected. We did not explain that we meant for her to join her father to start her 2 year IB Diploma. While I had to stay behind to take care of my 75 year old mother & may not be able to move to join till another year.
My concern lies mainly with My daughter's visa, she has been rejected for:
(1) her relationship with her father has not been proven
(2) I (the mother) is not in the UK NOR have a visa in clearance & rejected as a visit visa applicant.
Her visa is now up for administrative review.
Q:
If I apply for my dependent Visa attaching translated marriage certificates (16 years married) , translated kids birth certificates would the administrative review of her visa take that into account?
Would these documents be sufficient? I can translate UAE & KSA residencies mine & the kids as dependents of my husband during our stay there during the past 10 years, would that help? any other suggested documents?
