I got sponsored for a Tier 2 visa by a University hospital there and they gave me a Certificate of Sponsorship with maintenance included in it and everything is smooth
However, my question is- I submitted my application about 2 weeks ago, paid priority, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. All documents were submitted, but as I think about something that could be delaying my application, I now remember that I did not submit the original degree certificate from my UK medical school (as a proof of English language), which I just graduated from this summer. Instead, I submitted my original final transcript with all the info they ask for in their guidelines, and a true copy of the degree certificate. My degree certificate got lost as I tried to get stamps from the Brazilian embassy on it, and for that reason, the university could not provide me with a new certificate anytime soon, so I just applied, but unfortunately did not explain that. However, they do have my original transcript.
After a few weeks, I now have my degree certificate with me. Is this kind of situation normally not a problem, as they do accept original transcripts (although I never specified my original degree was not included in the package because it was lost)? Is there enough grounds to refuse my application based on what I'm describing, considering everything else with my application is correct? Is there any way anyone could clarify? Is there a way to send my degree certificate now, before a decision is made?
PS: I'm a Brazilian citizen and got a job with a CoS for two years from the University Hospital of Wales to work as a Foundation Doctor.
Please let me know, I would really appreciate it!
Thank you.
