Applying for Tier 4 after 13 Years Gap in studies

Hi All,

Please advise I am already in UK as Tier 4 Dependent and working as company directory - Now planning to apply as Tier 4 ( as Main Applicant visa will be expired next year ) to complete my studies in Business LAW after 13 years Gap due to my circumstances - I will have travel to back home and apply from there, Please advise chances and what documents I will be needed and what interview it will be what they ask me , In case of rejection will I be able to go for AR or JR in UK ?

Impossible for anyone to say. You need to discuss your plan with your Tier 4 sponsor. They will first need to ascertain that you are a genuine student before deciding whether to sponsor you.

If the very extensive information online is not clear to you, speak to your spouse, who made this application before.

Ask the international student adviser at your Tier 4 sponsor institution about this.
