Tier 2 General Dependent Visa- Criminal record Certificate

Hi there,

Question below is for a friend who wants to apply for PBS dependent Visa. She is currently in the UK on tier 2 General Visa. She wants to have a career break and want to switch to dependent Visa. Her husband is a doctor and has Tier 2 General Visa. Question is that will she have to provide Criminal record certificate while switching to PBS dependent as her husband works in healthcare industry or is this requirement only for Dependents who are outside UK and want to apply for entry clearance Visa?

Hi Sholly, were you able to get this sorted? I want to know if dependent need to have a no-crime certificate regardless of Main applicant's soc code?
