Options to withdraw UK born Child Extension Application

Post by dev1313 » Tue Jul 31, 2018 11:16 am

Hi

I submitted my Tier 1 50k extension application in Sep 2017 and still wating for feedback from UKVI. Got IHS partial refund on 30 April 2018 and still waiting for any outcome on application. In a mean time I complete 10 Years in Dec 2018.

Is there any chance to withdraw UK born Canadian citizen Child application from Extension (First UK FLR Application after Birth). Beacuse I had no plans to travel and needs to pay for naturlisation fees after my ILR again.

Any chance to withdraw 1 dependent application from Extension process without effecting main applicant and 1 other dependent application.

You should be able to do that but you don’t get any refund of the fees.

Thanks marcnath for your kind and valuable reply as always. If application is not decided, and we withdraw the application, then there is no chance of IHS and Visa fees refund?

You should get the IHS refunded but NHS could charge you for any services if your kid does not have a valid visa.
I have not come across that happening yet but the rules allow them to do that
