Request Passport back

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has gone down this route.
We have requested for our passports back. two weeks ago and up to now we did not received or hear nothing from them .
also we fill up the online form Return of documents - documents not received form to complain about it but no response ..
any idea or specific contact number or email to get touch with them ????????????

We have to travel on soon , and can't be changed. We really need our passports back.
