Currently in the process of applying for a FLR(IED) based on a approved IED Application.It would be of great help if you could address/advice on the following points regarding the same.
1.The payer of my application would be my wife(as she has a relevant credit card).question 4 of the application asks for a reference number. What is this reference number ? Is this mandatory ? how can i obtain it ?
2.questions 5,6,7 request details for applications/applicants.
i intend to apply for me and my daughter , born in the UK (november 2007)
what would be the total number of applicants in this case ?
3.Section 1 , questions 16 - Your WP or TWES reference numbers is this the same as the one mentioned as 'Our reference' in the IED document?
and 17- Your Home Office reference number (if you have one).what/where is this reference number ? how can i obtain it ?
4.Section 3, Question 19 - what is your current immigration status in UK ? am on a WP visa till Aug 2008.What should i fill in ? is it WP holder
5.My daughter was born in the UK in 2007 and does not have any VISA in her passport cuurently(Passport was obtained in indian high commision london) , is it possible to include her as my dependant in this application FLR(IED) , will she also be considered as another applicant ? if so details of the charges?
6.Should i include any utility bills etc. I have 3 months bank statements and wage slips, are they sufficient?
7.My Wife is also in the UK on a WP.Is it required to provide any details of her visa /savings /income or our marriage certificate(w.r.t my daughters application) in this application?
8.My current travel document would be my current/old WP right ?
9.My current LLR (entry clearance applied based on my previous WP) expires in 14 weeks time and i have received my IED - change of employment 2 weeks ago.
can i apply for FLR(IED) now , or is it to early ?
Though section 4 -12,13,14 of the flried guide address this am confused.
is my IED (extension to an existing IED) as i was on WP earlier ?
or is this my initial/first IED as i was on a WP earlier ?
Have gone through the Guide a couple of times and the above mentioned issue are confusing to me.Your advice/guidance on these queries would be really helpful and be much appreciated.
i haven't been able to attach the latest application nor the guide.Am referring to both these in all the above cases.
