Declaring previous marriage

Hi
I made a mistake when i was young getting married, and im trying for the 3rd time now..as i have a son with my cival partner who lives abroad and i live in the uk..do i have to submit my last decree absolute or both when i make a application for a partner to come and my son to join me in the UK.

What do you mean by 'civil partner'? This a term for couples of the same gender. :idea:
