Tier 4 Priority Service - Within UK

Hello everyone, will really appreciate the help! I have applied for the tier 4 priority service with all the documents sent within a day. I haven't heard from UKVI and I am wondering if they will send a confirmation email of receipt of application as my request is quite urgent. There are no premium service slots available when I apply and I am getting a bit worried. Thank you!
