I recently applied for an extension to my Tier 2 Minister of Religion Visa. I was also changing sponsors with this application as well. During the application process, I answered "no" to the question asking if my sponsor was a limited company as I thought it was only a registered charity. However, I've now discovered that my sponsor is in fact a, "Private Limited Company by guarantee without share capital use of 'Limited' exemption", in addition to being a registered charity. I answered honestly to the question at the time, but I'm wondering if this will impact my application.
My understanding is that this question is there to determine if I own shares in the company...which I obviously don't since it is "without share capital use". My question is this: Will UKVI contact me if they need clarification to my answer, or will they simply deny my application due to an incorrect answer? Thanks.
