Can her husband change his visa to depenend visa because of his wife who is also a student.
It depends whether she is on a specific type of course at the type of sponsor.
Not sure how you have become involved, but I would advise your friend speaks directly to the international student adviser at his university for advice on his spouse's proposed dependant application.
