Hi to all

i want apply next month for naturalisation and i have one question about marital status . My application for divorce under process but i have not get any decree nisi or absolute yet .
Legal separet i need confirmation from court. Or
should choise married as im not divorce it yet .

My immigration history :
-visa tier 4 general student exp jun 2012

- married to eu citizen march 2012

- applied for RC may 2012 basis self employed

- 15 aug 2012 reject application no enough document and they ask to reapply when im in good position
- my wife start to be employed from 1 aug 2012
before my first application get reject .

- 10 sep 2012 i applied for RC which is refused on 22 july 2013 because my wife employer did not pick up the phone and they said the job is not genuine .

- apealed against decision which is allowed .

- jan 2014 i got RC 5years.

- on dec 2017 i applied for permanent for the employment period from aug 2012 to aug 2017 which is issued on feb 2018.

On the basis of this information can you see any problem ? Like refuse or ......

On the p60 there is two ? Works payroll number or employer paye reference ?

should write united kingdom or what ?

It should show on the front of your BRP "Place And Date Of Issue" and if UK then United Kingdom yes.
