T1E (Tier 1 entrepreneur ) - Dependent Visa

Hi Group,

I am on Tier 2 ICT long term visa and in UK for more than 4 years. I am planning to apply for T1E visa with third party fund route (inside UK). i am looking for some basic info regarding T1E dependent visa.

1) Can dependent apply living in UK post my T1E gets through?
2) Does the maintenance fund for dependent need to be in joint account or my own account details are sufficient? (considering dependent does not have individual account in UK)
