Please need help as im in trouble regarding my fiancee application

Good day everyone

First i want to say thank you to the admins and contributors of this forum for sharing there precious insight regarding there visa application.

Im a Filipina married to a british citizen through Islamic wedding here in the philippines. Our situation is complicated. I am aware that i must apply fiancee visa as we had are marriage prior to my divorce finalized and the decree of absolution was issued. In regards to this I am having difficulty with the application in how to answer not mentioning that i'm also worrying since all my documents are in my husband surname already

my question:
1) What shall i tick in the box of my marital Status in my application
2) What relationship i do have with my sponsor
3)Are you married/civil partnership with your sponsor
4)Have you live with your sponsor in relationship akin to marriage or civil partnership at any time
