Tier-2 Dependent visa without TB certificate

Hello All,

I am Indian National staying in France since 2 months and about 20 days ago I have submitted my UK Tier-2 Dependent visa application. However, I have not attached TB certificate and even did not get Tuberculosis tested in India as before moving to France I was in India for about 2 months and before that from Jan to March 2018 I was in Dubai.
Since, my husband was in Dubai for long-time he haven't submitted any tb test certificate and got clearance. I have received a mail stating submission of Tb test as supporting document?

How can I get TB test done in France itself ? Or any provision in France done by UK government or Indian government to get tested for TB and acquire required certificate?
By when Can I get my passport back ? What would happen with my visa application going on further if I fail to attach Tb test certificate document ?

You would require a TB test unless you were in Dubai and France for 6 months since both countries don't need a TB test. The time spent in India in between the stay in Dubai and France would make a TB test mandatory.
