Job creation for ILR

Post by jafersadeq » Fri Aug 03, 2018 3:49 pm

Dear Gurus,

Regarding job creation, in my initial period of Tier 1-Ent. visa I had a job called “Engineering” , and after I got extension, I continued to use same job title and I employed same employee (who left the job for two months with P45 and returned again with new start date).
Is it OK if I used same jobs titles in my extension period for ILR or I have to create new job titles?

I asked that because I have read:

Tier 1(Entrepreneur) Policy Guidance version 04 /2018 - Page 40
Table F: settlement applications points table
You have:
(a) established a new business or businesses that has or have created the equivalent of at least 2 new full time jobs for settled workers.
Do they mean new jobs different from jobs in the initial period?

Please advise,

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
