Help I have ILR on expired passport but need BRP

Post by JustAz » Fri Aug 03, 2018 6:54 pm

Hi hoping someone can help me,
I have had ILR since July 2005.
In 2010 I was disqualified for drink driving
In 2011 I was driving whilst disqualified (not good and I have learned)
In 2014 I lost my license and was disqualified for 3 years.
I now have my license back and my life is a better place. I’ve had 2 cautions one against my ex abusive husband (because I admitted to pulling his shirt ) and one other caution from a violent ex boyfriend for defending myself. My life is much better now as I am no longer involved with controlling bullies.
I now need to apply to transfer my ILR to BRP, on the form I need to list the above criminal convictions and I will list them. Will the HO refuse to provide a BRP because of the above? Am worried because my life is here, my son and daughter are here. ?? Does anyone else with convictions have any experience with the HO?
Am so worried.
Thank you

Probably not serious enough for them to revoke ILR.
