Extension of tier 2 dependant visa

Hi everyone,

I would like to confirm some details about my wife application for extended tier 2 dependent visa.

I came to the UK on tier 2 visa, after 5 years I applied for ILR which i got on the 18th of Sept 2017, I am about to apply for naturalisation next month.

My wife came as a tier 2 dependent on the 13th June 2014, her leave to remain expires on the 15th Oct 2017, she is about to apply for an extension before applying for ILR.

- What form does she need to use ?
- I guess she can use the premium service for quicker answer ?
- What would be the supporting documents ?
- On the 13th June 2019, she would qualify for ILR, while I should have got the citizenship, does she still need to apply for ILR before applying for naturalisation ?
