EEA ONLINE FORM MISTAKE.

Hello every one, i applied for my eea family permit last week an i completed the form and i sent it last wednesday. My wife is working and living in the UK. I attached her employment paper, her payslip from the last three months, her national insurance certificate, her rent contract agreetment, her passport copy too.
With mine too with my employment paper from work, my payslip, my resident permit from germany, my passport. Our marrige certificate and some photos date in 2014 with our marriage pictures.
But i made a mistske they ask a question.HOW ARE YOU RELATED TO THE EEA NATIONAL. and i mistakely clink CIVIL PARTNER. insted SPOUSE.
IS THAT A BIG DEAL.
