Schengen Visa for a British Citizen Spouse

Hello all,

It will be of great help if you could share some information on this. I and my husband, we are planning to visit Paris for a short trip. My husband is a EU Citizen Passport Holder(UK Citizen) and I have an Indian Passport(Spouse Visa). Do we need to submit bank statements and proof of income? Could anyone share required documents please? Does my husband has to submit his bank statements and payslips? What documents are required as a Proof of Financial Dependence's?

One more question is that my Indian marriage certificate is issued by Indian Government and it is written in english. Is it good enough or do I need to have apostille.
And about the sworn statement section, is this good enough?

They should be enough but a travel confirmation with tickets purchased is always better.
