Tier 2 General visa restrictions

Hello

I am on tier 2 general visa but before applying for tier2 I was on psw and was one of the two directors of a company which had a lease of 10 years with the landlord, I am not actively involved in the company and never took any profits or salaries, but never resigned as a director. My father and the other director are taking care of the business at the present
Am I breaching my visa terms?
