Fixed penalty points on driving licence

Dear members,

Just want to know if we need to declare fixed penalty points on driving licence while making application for ILR.

I had a mixed response on searching other threads on this forum.


IN the application it clearly says no need to disclose parking or speeding tickets on page 17 E1.

ONLY AND ONLY convictions must be declared

So no need to declare them as its just a fixed penalty fine with 3 points without any court conviction .
