EEA - Both P60 & employer letter necessary?

Post by Weatherwitch » Tue Aug 07, 2018 6:32 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm an EEA citizen applying for citizenship. I've got my NDRS+JCAP appointment next week and had gathered all my documents including P60s from the last 5 years. When I called to make my appointment, the chap on the phone strongly suggested that I should have employer letters.

My old employer from four of the five years is being uncooperative and I can't get a letter from them - can anyone confirm if P60s will be enough? I'm finding conflicting information in other posts.

Either P60 or employers' letters are acceptable - refer council staff to the AN guidance.
In my case I used one employer letter, no issue.
