What to do when Business Partner got ILR?

Post by habib_223 » Thu Aug 09, 2018 12:11 am

Hello Sir, I applied for Entraprauner visa tier -1 in 2014 , got visa in 2015 with a team member in £50k investment category after PSW. In 2016, my partner got ILR. He is still the company director with 50% share.
My question is
Should I take 100% share for extension? I am asking because I am concerned about £50k investment.
If I take 100% now before extension what are the pros & cons.

Though it (policy guidance )says if I am awarded point for investment first time, I don’t need to give documents. A bit confused.
Please help me out .
Thanks
Thanks
Habib

Your partner's status change will not impact your application. There is nothing to be done because of that
