Entry Clearance lists no dependants - how do I change it?

Entry Clearance lists no dependants - how do I change it?

hi there, the entry clearance issued in my passport lists no dependants. I am submitting an application for my daughter which, if successful will need to list her as a dependant. Do I need to have a new EC issued that notes her as a dependant? Do I need to issue a new application for this, or do I simply submit the issued EC with my daughters application and they will change the EC already issued in my passport at the same time?
