Homeless

Post by Stephanie111 » Sun Aug 12, 2018 1:26 pm

Hi there

We have a question. My family have just been evicted from the home we live in and currently homeless. My partner is British along with two of our children where my third is under my visa nrpf. We want to go to the council to apply for assistance through his right to claim but would like to know what adverse effect will come of it for myself and my daughter if any? I know he is entitled and can claim housing as long as I am not receiving any part of the benefit and they have taken my pay into consideration and my name is not on the tenancy. But what is the repercussions of emergency accomadation on my nrpf visa?
Please can anyone help me
Kind regards

Steph

None if you apply as you've mentioned in your post.
