Hello
I Vary my application from Tier 1 ent ext to ILR 10 years on 26/06/2018.Done BioM on 07/08/2018.I sent email today to upgrade application from postal to premium.Got reply that i am not eligible to upgrade.My question is should i keep sending them email or they will not upgrade my application.I come across here on the forum someone was refused to accept but later accepted.Suggestions plz.
