Hello everyone,
I need to apply for my childs naturalisation, who is 3yrs 3 months
because I recently(1month) moved to different city and my child was out of country for 6 months before that I am unable to get a professional referee (GP, Social worker, dentist, teacher..)

What are my options for professional referee?
Can I use my Neighbour (doctor) who is know to us for only 1 month or
My friend(project manager) who is director of limited company..

Any help appreciated.
