ILR under 2126 SOC category- please help!!!

Hi All,
I am new to this forum and could not find any post related to what i am looking for, hence posting this.

I am planning to apply for ILR and my occupation comes under the SOL. I know I am exempted from the salary threshold of £35600, my query is that do i need to meet any min salary limit as per the SOL code 2126. I am currently getting only £30760 which is less than 31600 as per the 2126 experienced labour. I have extended my visa in 2015 and 2017 with the same salary, there were no issues foe extension

Also when I entered in to UK for the first time in 2013 the min salary limit was 29100 for experienced labour.


Any hope that i am eligible for ILR, Please help me.
