Received ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENT back without any letter/note

Hi all

I recently applied to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2. Not long after sending all the document (about a week and a half) I received all my document back, everything my passport, current BRP, photo, degree certificate etc... NO LETTER OR NOTE in it! I've checked thoroughly my Email spam folder and nothing there as well.

I called home office on 03001232241 and the impatient lady told me just to wait for a letter or Email explaining what's going on. She insisted if it's within 8 weeks time it's still in process. But I am definitely worrying because it does not seem normal.

Amy one experienced this before? Any suggestions please?

This has happened to a few others here. Apparently if your sponsor is A Premium, they return your documents after scanning them.

Thanks Akorotaeva, I've also found some old posts about this but I couldn't find anyone updating any further information apart from stating their initial situation (all document back).

On my application for it does state my sponsor type is Premium, I guess all I can do is wait then?

That makes sense then. I would not worry too much, just wait.
