Tier 2 Visa - Previous travel to the UK

Hello,

I’m going through the process of the tier 2 visa and I need to include “have you ever travelled to the UK in the last 10 years?”

I was previously on a tier 5 visa so did quite a bit of travelling through Europe during my time there. For the application do I indicate each time I’ve landed in the U.K. on my return trip?
