Dear all
ILR refusal appeal allowed by FTT as a human rights not ILR grounds. Summery below in short -
Tier 1E application refused 17/02/2016
AR remain same 29/03/2016
FLR fp submit 11/04/2016
Varied to ILR( LR) 22/08/2016
Unfortunately ILR refused with appeal rights 25/10/2017 reason out time application
Appeal lodged on time, hearing 01/08/2018
Appeal allowed under human rights not ILR grounds 16/08/2018
My humble request to moderators/scholars and experience similar situation - what I should do now?
Accept or appeal? Is there any merit/opportunity to appeal against court decision for ILR to grant?
Please help in this matter. I really appreciate your valuable suggestions.
Many thanks.

One of the
absurdity of the appeals system is that it undermines the Immigration rules.

Dear vinny, thank you for your reply. Is there any opportunity to appeal against court decision. I have 11 days GAP between AR decision and FLR fp application. Thank you

Just waiting, HO has not appeal against court decision. In that case they usually give 30 months discreationery leave. I will post the updates
Thank you

Dear all
I have a good news to give you.
I have received my BRP today. HO has issued ILR for me and 30 months visa for my spouse.
Thanks everyone for your support.
In my BRP there is a valid until time 6 years 3 months! I am not sure what's that meaning?
Can anyone please with your valuable comments.
Thank you

The actual BRP card expires in the same way as a bank card would need to be renewed. The expiry date is due to the new software which is due to be introduced in 2024.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
